tips atasi tekanan

ape yg korang buat bile tensen atau susah hati??









melalak??










berjoget2??









menangis??






ade yg mengangis..ade yg psg lagu kuat2..ade yg g karaoke...ade yg g shoping..

sume tu terpulang kat care msg2...

dlu mase aku dlm kem khidmat negare...bile rase tensen or susah hati..

aku n mbr2 akan g kat padang kem..kem aku tu atas bukit..so padang aku tu menghadap ke gue ape tah name gue tu but very nice scene kat situ..

kitorang akan g smpai kat hujung padang yg menghadap ke gue tu n menjerit sekuat ati...

mmg bez...rase mcm sume mslh dah terlepas kua n trus masuk ke gue tu..hehe..(ok2 imaginasi aku sgt tgi..huhu)

agak2 cam mslh tu dah xleh blah..terjun je dr atas bukit tu(ni kalau agak2 dah xwaras boleh la nk wat aksi nih.. :P)

but now...kat kl mane nk cari tempat yg tenang n sesuai tuk lepaskan tensen??

makin menambahkan tensen ade la..huhu,...dgn jem yg x hingat time balik keje..

dgn udare yg tercemar...bunyik bising....hmm miss that place so much!!

adoiii tensenn aku.....any good idea???

Klo i, tido tp ble bgn tension balik cume kurang la rse tension tu. Pastu g window shopping or jumpa kawan2 hehe..

window shoping mmg bez tp kalau saye mcm lg tensen kot kalau rase nk beli brg tu tp...duit x ckup...huhu
